TPT Clinic Telehealth Platform

1. Agreement
By accessing the TPT Clinic telehealth platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides physician-led telehealth intake, care coordination, and patient portal access for eligible patients.
2. Medical Services
Telehealth services are provided by licensed clinicians and affiliated medical groups where permitted by law. The Service does not replace emergency care — call 911 for emergencies.
Clinical eligibility, treatment decisions, and prescriptions are determined solely by licensed providers after review of your medical intake and consultation.
3. Patient Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate health information, participate in scheduled follow-ups, and use the Service only for your own care unless authorized as a caregiver or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and notifying us of unauthorized access.
4. Payments & Cancellations
Fees for services, memberships, or programs are disclosed before you complete intake or checkout. Refund policies, where applicable, are provided at the point of purchase.
We may suspend access for non-payment, policy violations, or misuse of the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TPT Clinic and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable healthcare or consumer protection laws.
